Registration

We are currently accepting registration for the 2011-12 school year. Registration includes at $75 non-refundable fee. Places will be filled on a first come basis.

Fees and Tuition

Monthly tuition is $210 each month for the 4-year-old program And $190 for the 3 year old program. Tuition is due by the 15th of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added for any returned/late payments over 10 days. Make checks payable to: Holy Trinity Lutheran Preschool. Please hand to the staff directly. Do not send with your child.



Scheduling

School Days: MWTh- 3 year old classes are from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon and MTWTh - 4 year old classes are from 9 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Please DO NOT drop off any earlier than 8:50 a.m. School opens August 23, 2011. Adjustments may be made for snow days. We follow the Oldham County Public school Calendar.



Drop Off/Pick Up

Please walk your child in through the front door of the church. Each day they will need to be signed in. Encourage them to quickly put their belongings on their hook and say good-bye. Pick up will be a car line. The teachers will walk the children out each day. If you are the first car please pull to the end of the sidewalk.   Be prompt in picking up your child.
