These phrases—Witness, Mercy, Life Together—illustrate how Jesus calls us to live and work together to proclaim his Word and to provide for one another in our congregation, community and throughout the world. In all we do, we want Christ at the center, leading us, sustaining us, keeping us focused on our mission. Witness. We want to continue to witness to the forgiveness found in Jesus Christ. We receive his forgiveness and show forgiveness to one another. By our love for one another we want to show that we are Christ’s disciples (John 13:35). Mercy. We seek to show mercy and humbly serve one another, our community, and the world. Life Together. We seek to build strong relationships with one another, to encourage on another, to share our struggles and our joys together.
To these ends, we offer a variety of Bible studies, children’s programs and learning opportunities, outreach ministries to the Oldham Co. community, missions trips, and opportunities to fellowship together.
